There were major issues with communication during a 24-hour electricity and water outage, which felt neglected as there were empty rooms available with services working. While the facilities had potential, the cleanliness of the bathroom didn't meet expectations. the faucet had visible residue, detracting from the overall impression of the room. Additionally, breakfast options seemed limited and a bit monotonous, predominantly featuring just omelettes and sliced fruit.

I enjoyed my stay at It Boutique Hotel & Restaurant for several reasons. The location felt great, just a block from the lively 5th Street and two blocks from the beach. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing vibe, perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, always eager to help. However, there were definitely some downsides. I noticed that the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, especially the faucet which had a gooey residue. The breakfast options were a bit limited and became repetitive, focusing mainly on omelettes and fruit. I also had some trouble with the room's key. I expected more from the amenities stated in the advertising. It's a lovely spot, but the cleanliness and service issues could improve overall satisfaction.
